Subscriptions

When you purchase a subscription you'll receive repeat deliveries. These are based on the subscription duration and frequency that you select.

Your payment details will be stored securely and you'll be charged for each of these deliveries, unless you choose to pay in advance.

Some subscriptions may auto-renew at the end of their duration. If you don’t want to renew a subscription you can cancel it.

If you want to cancel or change your subscription, you can do it at any time. Your order confirmation emails have links to your order. You can manage your subscription from there.

Shipping

Please be aware of shipping delays in the next few weeks as we prepare and take some time as a family to get ready for baby #6, but will work hard to get things back to normal as quickly as possible.

All orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days through Australia Post. 

Love My Bump uses Australia Post for deliveries, shipping is free Australia wide on orders $65 and over. Standard shipping fee is $4.95. Express shipping is free on pre-made gift boxes with a minimum spend of $130, not available on bi-monthly subscription box or Create Your Own Gift Box option.

New Zealand Shipping Fee is $20.
